The goal is to improve and enhance the swimming skills of young talents, promoting moral and physical qualities through fair competition in aquatic sports. Additionally, the aim is to foster international respect, friendship, unity, peace, and promote clean environments.

The competition will take place over four (4) days, providing young Asian athletes with the opportunity to reach their National Qualifying milestones.
