The objective is to develop and elevate the level of swimming proficiency among young talents, fostering moral and physical qualities derived from fair competition in aquatic sports, and to promote international respect, friendship, bonding, goodwill, peace, and clean environments.

This competition will span five days: three (3) days for swimming, and two (2) days for diving and water polo. The goal is to provide young Asian athletes with the opportunity to achieve their own National Qualifying milestones.
